Teams with a *public hostname* can edit marketing pages and colours without a separate CMS.
*Admin → Site editor (under Website* in the sidebar for team users).
You edit *pages and theme* for your programme’s public site when visitors use your team’s domain or path.
- Create and reorder *content pages* (about, hospitality, season overview, etc.). - Use the built-in editor for headings, text, and images allowed by your template. - *Publish* when ready — drafts are not visible publicly until published.
Adjust *colours and chrome so the microsite matches your team identity while staying within the programme layout. This is separate from card studio* (cards and briefings) but should feel consistent.
Your team’s public URL (e.g. yourteam.badgateway.co.uk) is provisioned by a *super-admin* when the team is registered. If the hostname does not resolve, contact programme support — DNS and certificates are handled on the server.
Super-admins can edit *programme-wide* marketing surfaces on the main BBM property in addition to per-team sites.
- Keep *contact and legal* links accurate. - Do not paste embargoed technical data on public pages. - After major edits, open the site in a *private browser window* to confirm what the public sees.
